The e-Q8's casing was carved from an aluminum bar by Japanese metalworking craftsmen to create a lightweight, sturdy, hollow case. The mirror-like body has a beautiful diamond-polished finish. The e-Q8's white cable is tightly woven with special fibers to protect the internal cable conductors and prevent cable kinks. Individual serial numbers are laser printed on the brackets that secure the left and right channel cables together. The connection plug uses an L-shape to increase the bending durability of the plug part.
